Türkiye’de işsizlik oranı Şubat’ta %12.6 oldu.

Çalışma HayatıTürkiye genelinde 15 ve daha yukarı yaştakilerde işsiz sayısı 2017 yılı Şubat döneminde geçen yılın aynı dönemine göre 676 bin kişi artarak 3 milyon 900 bin kişi oldu. İşsizlik oranı ise 1,7 puanlık artış ile %12,6 seviyesinde gerçekleşti. Beklenti % 13’tü.

Aynı dönemde; tarım dışı işsizlik oranı 2,1 puanlık artış ile %14,8 olarak tahmin edildi. Genç nüfusta (15-24 yaş) işsizlik oranı 4,7 puanlık artış ile %23,3 olurken,15-64 yaş grubunda bu oran 1,8 puanlık artış ile %12,9 olarak gerçekleşti.

İstihdam oranı %45,3 oldu

İstihdam edilenlerin sayısı 2017 yılı Şubat döneminde, bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre 500 bin kişi artarak 26 milyon 956 bin kişi, istihdam oranı ise değişim göstermeyerek %45,3 oldu.

Bu dönemde, tarım sektöründe çalışan sayısı 160 bin kişi, tarım dışı sektörlerde çalışan sayısı 340 bin kişi arttı. İstihdam edilenlerin %18,7’si tarım, %19,5’i sanayi, %6,7’si inşaat, %55,2’si ise hizmetler sektöründe yer aldı. Önceki yılın aynı dönemi ile karşılaştırıldığında tarım sektörünün istihdam edilenler içindeki payı 0,3 puan, hizmet sektörünün payı 0,2 puan artarken, sanayi sektörü nün payı 0,4 puan azaldı. İnşaat sektörünün payı ise değişim göstermedi.

İşgücüne katılma oranı %51,8 olarak gerçekleşti

İşgücü 2017 yılı Şubat döneminde bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre 1 milyon 175 bin kişi artarak 30 milyon 855 bin kişi, işgücüne katılma oranı ise 1 puan artarak %51,8 olarak gerçekleşti. Aynı dönemler için yapılan kıyaslamalara göre; erkeklerde işgücüne katılma oranı 0,8 puanlık artışla %71,7, kadınlarda ise 1,2 puanlık artışla %32,3 olarak gerçekleşti.

Kayıt dışı çalışanların oranı %32,8 olarak gerçekleşti

Şubat 2017 döneminde herhangi bir sosyal güvenlik kuruluşuna bağlı olmadan çalışanların oranı, bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre 0,7 puan artarak %32,8 olarak gerçekleşti.

Kamu istihdamı %1,2 azaldı

Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından derlenen verilere göre, 2017 yılı I. döneminde toplam kamu istihdamı 2016 yılının aynı dönemine göre %1,2 oranında azalarak 3 milyon 558 bin kişi olarak gerçekleşti.

Mevsim etkilerinden arındırılmış istihdam arttı, işsizlik azaldı

Mevsim etkilerinden arındırılmış istihdam bir önceki döneme göre 143 bin kişi artarak 27 milyon 699 bin kişi olarak tahmin edildi. İstihdam oranı 0,2 puanlık artış ile %46,5 oldu.

Mevsim etkilerinden arındırılmış işsiz sayısı bir önceki döneme göre 15 bin kişi azalarak 3 milyon 674 bin kişi olarak gerçekleşti. İşsizlik oranı 0,1 puanlık azalış ile %11,7 oldu.

Mevsim etkilerinden arındırılmış işgücüne katılma oranı bir önceki döneme göre 0,2 puanlık artış ile %52,7 olarak gerçekleşti. Ekonomik faaliyete göre istihdam edilenlerin sayısı, tarım sektöründe 22 bin, inşaat sektöründe 61 bin, hizmet sektöründe 83 bin kişi artarken sanayi sektöründe ise 23 bin kişi azaldı.
